Want to practice or refresh on those Learn-to-Swim skills? Need a little extra help outside of the regularly scheduled swim classes or unable to commit to the 4 week schedule? Join us for the Fundamental Aquatic Skills Workshop!
The objective of this 30min workshop is to give participants success with fundamental skills and to introduce the beginning of true locomotion skills. In addition, participants start developing positive attitudes, effective swimming habits and safe practices in and around the water. Skills encompassed in this workshop include:
- Water adjustment, entries, and exits
- Breath control and submerging
- Changing direction and treading
- Combined arm and leg actions

Class Size: Maximum of 6 students
What will you need?
Participants are required to bring a bathing suit and towel. Properly fitting goggles are highly recommended, and available for purchase in the Dive Center.

You may either book online or call the shop at 386-518-6323. Final payment shall be made at registration. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are available seats in the class. Preregistraion is always appreciated.
