The Quartz is a full inflation vest developed for scuba diving schools and as equipment for the Rental Centers. It is made of 500 Cordura Denier ideal for intense use, and resistant to scratches and cuts, and has a reinforced neck to avoid possible tears from falling bottles with the vest. As all the gamma of Cressi B.C.D.s, it features the Integrated Flat-Lock Weight System that makes it very easy to remove the ballast.

The sternal attachment is closed by a buckle, which also serves as a safety whistle. Big quick-release buckles on shoulder straps and chest strap. Zip-up side pockets complete with 25mm D-rings for attaching other accessories. The Quartz's design especially emphasizes their rounded profile pockets, which are wide and very accessible with robust YKK 8 pitch zippers and bellows. The inflator comes at a double air filtration system that is easily removable for cleaning purposes.

It features a red-colored reinforcement band in the upper part of the back, at neck level, to enhance visibility in the water and protect the jacket from the abrasive action of the first stage. On the right shoulder, the size is indicated with a big letter, that helps Rental Centers obtain the correct size when needed.

The Quartz is designed in Italy by Cressi and made in Hungary. Cressi has been an Italian brand pioneer in scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming equipment since 1946. The product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
