Our Adult Swim Practice sessions offer a supportive, low-pressure environment for swimmers of all experience levels to build confidence, improve technique, and increase endurance. Whether you’re learning to swim, returning to the water after time away, or training for fitness, this open practice hour is designed to meet your personal goals.
With certified instructors on deck, participants can work on stroke mechanics, breathing techniques, floating, treading water, and overall efficiency. Guidance is available upon request, allowing you to focus on areas you want to improve while maintaining independence in your practice.
