This workshop seeks to expand the proficiency of previously learned skills by providing additional guided practice. Participants learn and practice survival floating and Learn To Swim front crawl and elementary backstroke at rudimentary levels. Skills covered in these workshops include:

  • Water entries (side, sitting, kneeling)
  • Breath control (rotary breathing)
  • Front crawl
  • Elementary backstroke
  • Breaststroke

What will you need?   

Participants are required to bring a bathing suit and towel. Properly fitting goggles are highly recommended, and available for purchase in the Dive Center.

The price for this course varies based on participants needs and skill levels. You may either book online or call the shop at 386-518-6323. Final payment shall be made at check-in. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are available seats in the class.
