| What will you learn? (Details of course) |
| Skills: Jump into deep water, head first entry from sitting or kneeling, submerging and retrieving an object, survival float, treading water, front crawl, butterfly stroke, back crawl, scissor kick, basic dolphin kick, and water safety. |
