Medical Release         Dive Class Insert

Class Title: Drift Diver

Age Requirements: 12 years or older.

Average Class Size: Max of 8 students per instructor.

Class Location/Venue: Scuba Monkey Dive Center for classroom session. Open water sessions to be completed via boat charter to locations off the Florida coastline, or during a dive trip!

Class Length: This course consists of a knowledge development section and two Open Water dives. Scheduling will vary.

Who should take this course?

Divers who wish to be prepared to enjoy as many different SCUBA styles as possible will benefit from this course, as many dive sites feature a strong current. Learn to relax and watch the world go by while maintaining your buddy communication, heading, and safety standards.

What gear will you need?

SCUBA equipment is required to take this specialty. Gear is available at the Dive Center for rental or purchase.
