Medical Release Dive Class Insert
Class Title: Digital Underwater Photographer
Age Requirements: 10 years or older.
Average Class Size: Max of 8 students per instructor (unless 10-11 year old present, then max is 4 students)
Class Location/Venue: This course will be conducted over two dives, one in confined water and one in open water.
Class Length: This course begins with eLearning at your own pace. The dive sessions will also be worked around your schedule! Open water sessions typically begin Saturday and Sunday at 8:00 AM and last until 4:00 PM.
Who should take this course?
Looking to learn how to generate premium SCUBA diving photography and videography content in a world inundated by digital media? This course will give you the foundational skills to create, process, and edit underwater images.
What will you learn?
The PADI Digital Underwater Photographer course consists of three main phases: knowledge development online to understand basic principles of SCUBA photography, confined water dives to practice new skills, and open water dives to demonstrate your skills and explore!
What gear will you need?
Participants in this course will need a full set of SCUBA gear, as well as an underwater camera.

In order to take part in this specialty, it is required that you have an underwater camera as well as your PADI Open Water Certification.
