Fundamental Aquatic Skills - (15+ years) The objective of this workshop is to give participants success with fundamental skills and to introduce the beginning of true locomotion skills. Stroke Improvement - (15+ years) Participants improve their aquatic skills and increase their endurance by swimming the strokes previously learned for greater distances and with more advanced proficiency. Find Out More

Stroke Refinement - (15+ years) Participants refine their performance of all six strokes and increase the distance that they swim. This workshop is intended for those with a solid foundation of learned strokes and the ability to perform those strokes beyond a rudimentary level. Find Out More
