Stroke Refinement - (6+ years)
Participants refine their performance of all six strokes and increase the distance that they swim. This workshop is intended for those with a solid foundation of learned strokes and the ability to perform those strokes beyond a rudimentary level. The skills that are honed in these workshops include:
- Water entries (shallow angle dives)
- Breath control and submerging
- Changing direction (front flip turn and backstroke flip turn)
- Swimming on the front (front crawl, breaststroke, butterfly)
- Swimming on the back (elementary back crawl, back crawl, scull)

What will you need?
Participants are required to bring a bathing suit and towel. Properly fitting goggles are highly recommended, and available for purchase in the Dive Center.

The price for this course varies based on participants needs and skill levels. You may either book online or call the shop at 386-518-6323. Final payment shall be made at check-in. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are available seats in the class.
